 Unlike many traditional energy consultants, Caladen Consulting also offer low carbon mechanical and electrical design services, enabling energy, carbon and cost reduction opportunities identified, to be managed from inception, through to full detailed design, tender and project delivery.

 Our carbon compliance team can advise on legal compliance for schemes including the Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme (ESOS), and Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), as well as the various requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive which includes TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections, Display Energy Certificates (DECs), and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Our unique mix of energy and building services design expertise also enables us to provide advice and strategies to mitigate the impact of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) legislation, meaning our clients can improve EPC ratings as quickly and economically as possible when selling or letting their properties.
